Does your quotation software allow you to customise the layout used for new quotes?
integrate allows you to customise your quotes at a click of a button, without the need for you to understand any code. This means that you can select different layouts, wording, colours and images to suit your requirements.
Quotes to meet your branding requirements
Every company has their own colours, logos and branding requirements so it is important that your quotations comply with these and look unique to your business to help you stand out from the competition.
When customising your quotations integrate will pull through your logo onto each page of the quote, helping the quotation look more professional. This logo can be selected within your organisation settings on integrate.
The footer in the document can be edited to choose a background colour appropriate to your branding.
Quotation cover letter
integrate allows you to customise your own cover letter to accompany the quotation. You can pull through information from the lead, such as customer name, installation address or lead time details and edit the text as required, to show why they should choose to go ahead with your company.
If you would rather that the document opens straight into the quotation’s specification and pricing options, you can also choose not to display the cover letter on your quotations.
In addition to the cover letter, you can opt to have a cover page to your quotation, if you wish, where you can include your logo, an image and any relevant information from the lead details.
Pricing details
Within the pricing overview page, integrate allows you to select the payment terms that you want to display. For example, you may decide that you don’t want to show the interim and balance breakdowns on your quotation. If this is the case, these can be hidden at a click of a button.
You can also choose what columns you display on the overview page and what order the columns appear on the page. integrate allows you to immediately see what the changes look like within the same window, with the ability to select a test quote to see a preview of your new layout and design.
Quote specification
Within the specification pages, you have the option of how many windows or doors are displayed on each page and whether you would like to display images of the ironmongery within the quote.
There is also the option to allow users to manually decide whether to include ironmongery images on a quote-by-quote basis.
Back cover page
At the back of your quotation documentation, you can also choose whether to include a back cover letter and / or your terms and conditions. Both of these options are editable, meaning that you can include as much or as little information in them as required.
