We are proud to announce that we have won the Innovation Award at the Mid Yorkshire Chamber Business Awards, run by the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.
The award is designed to recognise businesses that have changed or created their business strategy in a creative or resourceful way to identify new ways of working in response to Covid-19.
We were judged on evidence showing how the business successfully overcame the challenges of the past year to continue to grow and show creativity despite the lockdowns.
Although our software for window and door companies has always been designed to be used from any location, on any device that can connect to the internet, there were various challenges that presented themselves to us during lockdown having previously provided all training for our new and existing customers face-to-face.
With more customers wanting to use our software, at EndtoEnd IT we are proud to have quickly adapted making the necessary changes to enable us to offer remote training to all our new and existing customers.
Despite the challenges presented to us, our customer base has increased by 235% since March 2020, with the value of work being quoted on integrate in March 2022 totalling over £66 million.
The EndtoEnd IT team
Since May 2020 we have run a monthly online webinar, and these are still run monthly for both existing customer and potential future customers. Today with restrictions having been lifted, depending where you are located, we are able to offer new customers the choice of either face-to-face or remote on-boarding and training.
Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd IT, commented:
“We are proud to have won this award reflecting all the hard work by our team as we strive to provide our customers with the best joinery management software to help grow their window business, helping to increase their efficiency, productivity and ultimately profits.”
