Do I need to install any additional software to use integrate?

No, integrate is hosted in the cloud, meaning that it can be accessed anywhere with internet.  It is just a case of going to your company’s weblink and using your login details.

Can I access integrate on site / remotely?

Yes, integrate is a web-based software meaning that as long as you have internet access you can access integrate.

Is there a minimum number of users?

Integrate requires a minimum of 3 users.

What products does integrate support?

integrate can support a wide range of products, including sash windows, fixed windows, casement windows, front doors, French doors, bi-fold doors and sliding doors.  The software also allows you to price for repair or replacement work.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes, we have a support team on hand ready to help with any problems that you encounter.

How quickly can we start using the system once we have signed up?

This will depend on what features you purchase – some, such as CRM, can be used from day one;  others, such as the drawing board and pricing require you to work with us to input your business specific details because no two businesses’ approach to pricing and manufacturing are the same.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a minimum of 90 days notice if you do not wish to renew your subscription at the end of the current contract.

Are the customer information and quotes that I create on integrate confidential?

Yes, each company has their own server and only your users can access the information on your database.  The data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which is encrypted, using encryption-at-rest technology, to prevent unauthorised access.

Can I control what each of my users can access?

Yes.  You can set up different permissions for different teams or users within your business.

Is there a limit to the number of leads or files I can store on integrate?

There are no restrictions on the number of leads or files that you can create on integrate.  We support different server sizes, so as you grow we are able to offer you the option of upgrading to a bigger server.

Do you provide training?

Yes, we will provide initial training for you showing you how to use integrate.  We also offer monthly webinar sessions to help you learn about new features that are available and to use as a reminder on how to get the best out of integrate.

Can integrate link into my accounting software?

integrate currently links to Xero accounting software and we are looking to link it to other popular accounting software in the near future.

How long do I have to sign up for?

Our minimum term of subscription is 1 year.
