GETTING STARTED WITH INTEGRATE

Which module should I start with?

Each module offers a choice of functionality, allowing you to tailor your software precisely to your needs both now and in the future. Most people start with integrateCONNECT, but you don’t have to. Check out our Products section to see what the modules are and how they work together.

Can I have a free trial?

We don’t offer free trials, purely because our software is not a one-and-done download – our approach is hands-on and support-oriented from the very start. As specialists in the window and door industry, we take the time to understand your specific needs and ensure integrate is a good fit for your business.

We appreciate, however, it can be hard to tell if the software is a good fit, so if you would like to see how it works, we’re very happy to show you. We can also create a sample branded quote for you, allowing you to see exactly what your quotes could look like.

 

How long do I have to sign up for?

Our minimum subscription term is 12 months. This gives you the time to fully explore the system, unlock its full potential, and see the difference it can make to your business.

How much does integrate cost?

Pricing depends on the features and services you choose, as integrate is designed to be flexible to your business needs. We’d love to learn more about your requirements and provide a tailored quote that fits your business.

How quickly can we start using the system once we’ve signed up?

The timeline depends on the features you choose and how quickly you provide the information we need to get you set up.

To give you an idea, for integrateCONNECT, our starting point, the first training session usually takes place within two weeks of your order.

Is there a limit to the number of leads or files I can store on integrate?

There’s no limit to the number of leads or files you can store. Data is stored in a single ‘bucket’ which autoscales with you – as your business grows, integrate grows with you.

Does integrate work with my accounting or other business software?

Yes! integrate can be linked with popular accounting software like Xero to help streamline your financial processes.

It also connects with business tools such as HubSpot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, helping you manage your customer interactions more effectively.

If you’re using different software, we may already support it or be able to offer a solution that works for you.

Can integrate be customised for my business processes?

integrate is highly configurable, with modular options tailored to fit your specific workflows. If you have unique processes, we’ll work with you to ensure the system supports them, now and in the future.

Do you offer different user roles or permissions?

integrate supports different user roles and access levels, so your team members only see what they need to. This helps you manage workflows, protect sensitive information, and maintain clarity across departments and with external partners if needed.

What products does integrate support?

integrate supports a wide range of products, including sash windows, fixed windows, casement windows, front doors, French doors, bi-fold doors, pivot doors, and sliding doors.

Can I add or remove modules later?

Absolutely, integrate is designed to be flexible. You can add or remove modules as your business needs change. Whether you’re scaling up or streamlining, the system can adapt alongside you.

Do you offer different user roles or permissions?

integrate supports different user roles and access levels, so your team members only see what they need to. This helps you manage workflows, protect sensitive information, and maintain clarity across departments and with external partners if needed.

What happens if I need more users later?

No problem. You can easily add more users as your business grows. integrate is designed to scale with you, whether you’re hiring one new team member or expanding your whole operation.

ACCESS & SETUP

Do I need to install any software to use integrate?

No, integrate is cloud-based, so there’s nothing to install. You can access it from anywhere with an internet connection, visit your company’s weblink and log in.

Will integrate work on any device?

Yes, integrate works on desktops, laptops, and tablets. While it can be accessed on a mobile phone, the smaller screen may limit the experience, so we recommend using a larger mobile device for the best results.

Is there a minimum number of users?

You can start with just one user. Our flexible, modular system is designed to grow with you, so there’s no need to commit to a larger team upfront.

Can I access integrate on-site or remotely?

Yes, integrate is web-based, so you can access it from anywhere with an internet connection, whether you’re on-site or working remotely.

What’s the best browser to use with integrate?

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. You can download it here.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Do you provide training?

Yes, we offer initial training to help you start confidently with integrate. We also host monthly webinar sessions, where you can learn about new features and get helpful reminders on how to maximise your use of the software.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Is training included in the price?

Yes, initial training is included as part of your onboarding. We also offer webinars, and resources to help you continue developing your knowledge as new features are released.

DATA, SECURITY & PEACE OF MIND

Are the customer information and quotes that I create on integrate confidential?

Yes, your data is safe and confidential.

Only your users with permission to access your account can see the information you create. Everything is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and encrypted-at-rest to protect it from unauthorised access.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, all your data stored in integrate is securely and automatically backed up as part of our cloud infrastructure.

We also keep a separate off-site backup to give you an extra layer of protection and ensure your data can be recovered if ever needed.
