We are back to work after the long hot summer and really looking forward to working with our new prospective clients who have agreed to go through our scoping exercises with them in September and October. They are both windows and doors manufacturers specialising in timber.
At EndtoEnd we know how important it is for both customers and us to know what we are letting ourselves in for! We offer a bespoke software solution for your bespoke joinery business! We think that the more we and they invest in the process upfront, the smoother things will be going forward.
We place a lot of emphasis on the in-depth scoping of clients’ requirements which we then match to what our system can do so that before clients sign up to the whole package they understand the work required – by them and by us before go live. We normally spend a couple of days at clients’ premises understanding as much as possible about their business and then spend a day back at our offices writing up where things stand. Only when we have agreed with the client which items on the gap analysis are “show stoppers” will we propose a timetable for implementation and go live.
We have now completed our September scoping exercise and look forward to working with them long into the future; watch this space for who our new clients are when they go live!!!!
