We have grown our customer numbers over recent months and so we are now looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a Software Support analyst. The role will focus on implementation of the system for new customers, ongoing support for our existing customers and testing new developments prior to release.
The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with an understanding of joinery and carpentry products and good general IT skills who is also comfortable with pricing formulae. Non graduate candidates with extensive joinery experience and excellent IT skills may also be considered.
We would expect the newly appointed Software Support Analyst to become a “superuser” of our system within 4 weeks of joining us so that they can support the customers from an early stage.
They will be eligible to work in the UK, fluent in spoken and written English and have outstanding communication skills, being comfortable training clients either face to face, when circumstances allow, or over the phone using screen-shares.
The role would be based in our office in Bracknell, Berkshire with some travel to client premises (currently in the UK only) when required.
When in the office, in addition to general administration, phone answering, logging support calls, tasks would include testing new software developments, online and phone-based support for the system, regular server health and backup checks and project management for new client implementations.
