Your window and door software must be tailored to fit your business and meet your specific needs. Any investment you make should save you time, support your growth, and help you switch off at night knowing everything is in place.
But a bigger business can’t mean losing the personal touch, as it’s always the people working in the background who make the magic happen. You love the software, but you thank the person – brilliant tech and equally brilliant people working together!
It’s why we’re happy to welcome Tracey Ferry into the team as our new Sales Support Assistant. As we grow, we’re protecting what you’ve come to rely on – that perfect fit. Find out why she’s pleased to join EndtoEnd, and why this is more good news for our customers.
1. What’s your professional background, and what led you to join EndtoEnd?
My background as an industrial chemist, specialising in polymers for paints and coatings, gave me a strong foundation in product performance and formulation. I then moved into the specialist flooring sector, where I was able to apply and deepen my expertise. That hands-on experience naturally led me into technical support roles, where I’ve enjoyed helping customers solve challenges and get the most out of products across a wide range of sectors.
Joining EndtoEnd is a great fit for me, as it’s an opportunity to bring together my technical background and problem-solving skills in a new and exciting environment.
I love fixing issues and making things better, meaning products do what people need them to.
2. Are there any moments in your career that shaped where you are today?
I remember when I joined a specialist resin flooring company, I was sent out to manage installation teams on-site.
To put it nicely, conditions weren’t always ideal, and I had to think on my feet to solve problems in real time. What stood out most was the sense of teamwork – I loved working alongside the lads to get the job done and achieve a common goal. That role led me to connect with another company I later worked for, and we’ve stayed in touch ever since.
It was a key turning point that shaped my direction, grew me as a leader, and built relationships I still value today.
3. What are you most excited about tackling in your first few months?
I love learning new things and understanding what barriers people face. I’ve always believed there’s something to learn from every experience… every day’s a school day! This is why I’m good at helping people.
I’m looking forward to working with the team at EndtoEnd, and I’m especially excited about building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and finding ways to help them.
Until now, I’ve only experienced the industry as a homeowner, so I’ll enjoy getting to grips with this area of construction.
4. What unique perspective or skills do you bring to the team?
I bring a mix of technical and creative experience, with a strong focus on detail and efficiency. But I never forget people, and I love building collaborative working relationships.
I’m used to juggling multiple tasks while keeping a cool head and communicating clearly and consistently. It may seem obvious, but I like people and their stories, which I’ve found pushes me to offer great support. I really enjoy connecting the dots between what users need and the practical solutions that will help them – it’s where I feel I can add the most value.
5. How do you see your role contributing to the bigger goals?
I’ll be helping solve real challenges, improve user experience, and support the broader business strategy. Whether that’s through technical advice, building strong customer relationships, or simply making processes run more smoothly, I’ll work hard to ensure our work focuses on the end user and our team’s goals.
6. What are you hoping to help integrate users learn or achieve in your first year?
I’m hoping to build on the great work already being done by helping customers get an even better experience. This might be through deeper product understanding, quicker access to the right support, or simply being a reliable point of contact.
I want to contribute to making every interaction feel easy, valuable and supportive.
7. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy finding new places to explore, gardening, and baking. It’s all about balance… and good cake! Oh, and there’s fitness training with my son’s Taekwondo Master, although some weeks I’m not sure I would class that as enjoyment!
8. What’s something unexpected about you that colleagues might be surprised to learn?
Although I sound like I’m from Yorkshire, I actually grew up in Kent. I’ve been in Yorkshire so long now, I’ve officially been adopted!
9. Do you have any fun facts or hidden talents?
Growing up, I went to dance school. I did lots of ballet, but tap has always been my passion. I’ve got a habit of tapping my feet without even realising it. I blame Gene Kelly – absolute legend!
10. What trends in our industry are you most excited about?
I’m particularly excited about how heritage timber window and door manufacturers are striking a balance between tradition and innovation. There’s a real shift toward sustainability and energy efficiency, without losing the character and craftsmanship that make these products so unique. It’s great to be in a position where we can support clients as they respond to growing demand for quality windows and doors. By helping develop tailored, user-focused approaches, we’re making things simpler, more effective, and ultimately more successful for their businesses.
At the end of the day, it’s about helping them succeed, and integrate is giving them the tools to do exactly that.
From Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd Ltd
You can see why we’re excited about adding Tracey to the team to work with you.
A Yorkshire adoptee from Kent who bakes, with a dance background and an interest in taekwondo. She’ll certainly keep our office on its toes… and hopefully bring in the occasional sweet treat!
Just as important is her evident technical expertise, along with her focus on people and customers, which makes her the perfect fit for EndtoEnd. We’re excited about all she’ll bring to the team and to your experience of working with us.
