The new feature allows users to create customer accounts and invoices in Xero at a click of a button, rather than having to manually transfer data between the two different systems.
This will not only massively reduce the administration time, but also prevents any potential mistakes caused by human error when transferring the data across.
Initial enquiry to installation
EndtoEnd’s integrate software is designed to follow the customer journey from their initial enquiry to the installation or delivery of the windows and doors on site. Gareth at EndtoEnd commented:
“At EndtoEnd our aim is to help joinery companies grow their business by improving their efficiency. Having everything in one place and reducing admin work is a large part of this.
Several of our customers use Xero as their accounting software, so we wanted to help them easily transfer the customer information and prices stored in integrate across to their accounting software.
We are proud to be able to launch this new feature, helping our customers improve productivity within their businesses in this busy and challenging time for the home improvements industry.”

Streamlining your admin
Our new feature, connecting integrate to Xero, is just one of the many features within integrate that are designed to help your joinery business be more efficient, streamlining your administration processes.
EndtoEnd was established by highly skilled IT professionals, who also have extensive experience working within the window and door industry. As a result, integrate has been designed from the start to allow for remote working and to help overcome common issues that joinery companies encounter, helping to provide you with the software you need to help grow your business.
With all the information you need at a click of a button, full details of the transaction history and customer journey can be accessed immediately on integrate. This allows you to instantly answer any customer’s questions about their order while speaking to them, reducing admin time and helping to keep your customer happy.
After making the switch from one of our competitors to instead use EndtoEnd’s integrate, one of our customers, Andrew Madge at Gowercroft, commented:
“Cost control has been greatly improved. Credit control is more streamlined as it is now clear for anybody looking at an account when invoices have been sent, what communication there has been and what has been previously agreed. Implementation of integrate has led to improvements in both the sales process and cashflows.”
This is all in addition to the new Xero accounts integration feature, as integrate is built to allow you quickly identify when invoices have been sent and access all communication at a click of a button.
