As we celebrate a year since moving to our new offices at The Craggs Country Business Park in Halifax, we’ve taken a deep dive into our data, and what we’ve found tells a compelling story about the real impact of our work.
Crunching the numbers – the real story behind the day-to-day
In our daily operations, it’s easy to get caught up in the immediate tasks at hand – helping a client with a query, updating a feature, or onboarding a new customer. But when we step back and look at the data, the bigger picture emerges, and even we were surprised!
Over the past year, we’ve seen a 74% increase in processed orders, with the total value of orders reaching an impressive £87 million.
But it’s not just about quantity – we’ve also witnessed a 30% growth in order value overall. This tells us that not only are more businesses using our software, but they’re also taking on larger, more ambitious projects.
Perhaps the most telling statistic is the 50% increase in conversion rates from quotes to orders. This isn’t just a number – it’s a clear indication that our software, integrate, is making a real, measurable difference in streamlining the sales process for our clients in the window and door industry.

integrate, is at the heart of this transformation. Its four components – integrateCORE, integrateCRM, integratePRO, and integrateFIT – are changing the game for our clients.
Let’s take integrateCORE as an example. On the surface, saving half an hour per quote might not sound revolutionary. But when we analysed the data across all our clients, we discovered that this seemingly small time-saving added up to 1,179 full days saved in the past year alone. That’s over three years of time given back to our clients!

The human element in digital transformation

By bringing our expanding team together in one place, we’ve been able to provide more responsive, personalised support to our clients. The data supports this strategy – since September 2023, we’ve processed an incredible 57,000 quotes and more than 10,000 orders.
