Following a surge in integrate sales, we’re delighted to have created a new role for the company – Head of Customer Support and Implementation.
A great year for integrate in 2023 has led to a promotion from within the team for Krzysztof Wszeborowski.
Kris joined our team in July 2021 from a local logistics firm where he was the go-to person for all our IT support and technical queries. His organised, calm, and methodical approach proved valuable very early on, earning him the nickname of Sherlock because of his tenacity in always finding the root and solution to any problem!
We’re continually focused on how we can further support customers, as we know any software is only as powerful as the customer’s understanding and implementation of its capabilities. This new role, which took effect from 2nd January this year, allows us to support the ever-growing portfolio of integrate customers, ensuring we can maximise the impact of integrate on their business.
The new promotion will not only support our expanding customer base but will be responsible for testing newly developed features and lead new project implementations, ensuring customers can be confident their software will grow with their business.

In his spare time Kris will still be found in the gym, exploring a new part of the UK he hasn’t visited before, or surfing off the coast at South Shields (even in the middle of winter!).
