We’ve strengthened our support and implementation team once again with the promotion of Liam Simkin to Senior Support Analyst and the appointment of Sophie Gilbody as Support Analyst.
Liam’s promotion, effective from May 2026, recognises the significant impact he has already made in his work with Alex Thomas, Head of Support and Implementation. He has helped drive operational improvements, particularly around DevOps processes, while continuing to develop new features and resolve issues himself. His new role reflects his willingness to consistently step up and take on responsibility to ensure excellent customer experience and outcomes.
Director, Gareth O’Brien, says, “Liam has shown real leadership in the way he approaches challenges and supports the wider team. We know investing in staff development and opportunities is a win for the company and our customers.”
Sophie joined the team in March 2026 after studying Computer Science at the University of Salford. She is proactive, adapts quickly, and has shown real enthusiasm for getting stuck in and resolving issues. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and staying active through running. Her positive attitude and sense of humour have already made her a great addition.

Growth in the team reflects growth in the business. We were shortlisted for industry recognition, with integrateCONNECT named a finalist for Best Technical Innovation and we have welcomed several new clients this year, including The Timber Double Glazing Company, Rindi’s Bespoke Joinery, The Conservation Sash Window Company and Greenage Windows!
